CPD Training for Singapore Real Estate Professionals

Real Estate Academy, powered by AsianPrime Capital, provides practical and structured learning for Singapore real estate professionals.

Overview

Learning that meets your obligations and your day

Continuing professional development keeps real estate practice current, competent and compliant. Real Estate Academy designs training that helps real estate professionals meet their learning obligations while respecting the realities of a working week.

Our focus is practical. Sessions are trainer-led, clearly structured and grounded in real estate practice, so that what you learn is usable the next time you are with a client.

Framework

The 2026 CPD framework, explained

Each CPD cycle runs from 1 January to 31 December. To renew their registration, KEOs, practising directors and real estate salespersons complete a minimum of 16 training hours per cycle, made up of Structured Learning and Self-directed Learning.

Structured Learning

Prescribed Essentials

Minimum 4 hours. Core regulatory and ethics topics set by CEA each year. For the 2026 cycle, the Prescribed Essential topic is the Prevention of Money Laundering, Proliferation Financing and Terrorism Financing (PMLPFTF).

Structured Learning

Professional Competencies

Minimum 8 hours. Laws and regulations, property markets and other related real estate knowledge that strengthen day-to-day practice.

Self-directed Learning

Generic Competencies Plus

Minimum 4 hours. Self-directed learning such as SkillsFuture Critical Core Skills and other relevant knowledge, approved by your KEO.

Total: 16 training hours per cycle, of which 12 are Structured Learning (4 Prescribed Essentials and 8 Professional Competencies) and 4 are Self-directed Learning.

Please note. New real estate salespersons are exempt in their first CPD cycle. Hours fulfilled in one category cannot be used for another. Regulatory details may change, so please refer to the official CEA CPD Course Directory for recognised Structured Learning CPD courses.
