Training Policies
Practical course policies for participants attending AsianPrime Capital training programmes.
AsianPrime Capital Pte Ltd is committed to delivering professional, practical and well-organised training for estate agents, key executive officers and real estate professionals.
These Training Policies set out the general terms that apply to our courses, workshops and continuing professional development programmes.
1. Registration
Course registration is subject to availability and confirmation by AsianPrime Capital.
Participants should ensure that the name, contact details, CEA registration number, agency name and any other required information provided during registration are accurate.
AsianPrime Capital may contact participants for verification, course administration, attendance matters, or updates relating to the registered course.
2. Payment
Where course fees apply, registration may only be confirmed after payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All fees must be paid by the stated payment deadline. AsianPrime Capital reserves the right to release a reserved seat if payment is not received on time.
3. Cancellation by participant
Participants who are unable to attend a confirmed course should notify AsianPrime Capital as early as possible.
Cancellation, refund or replacement requests will be reviewed based on the course type, notice period, administrative requirements and any terms stated for the specific course.
Where a course has limited seats or fixed administrative costs, refunds may not be available after confirmation.
4. Participant replacement
A participant may request to transfer his or her seat to another eligible person before the course date, subject to AsianPrime Capital's approval.
The replacement participant must provide all required registration details before attending the course.
5. Course rescheduling or cancellation by AsianPrime Capital
AsianPrime Capital may reschedule, postpone or cancel a course due to insufficient enrolment, trainer availability, venue matters, system issues, regulatory updates, or other operational reasons.
Where a course is rescheduled or cancelled by AsianPrime Capital, affected participants will be informed as soon as reasonably practicable. Participants may be offered an alternative course date, credit arrangement or refund where applicable.
6. Attendance and punctuality
Participants are expected to attend the full course and be punctual.
For courses where attendance records are required, participants must comply with the stated check-in, check-out, identity verification or attendance-taking procedures.
AsianPrime Capital may be unable to recognise attendance where a participant is late, leaves early, is absent for part of the course, or does not complete the required attendance procedures.
7. Learning conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards trainers, facilitators, staff and other participants.
AsianPrime Capital reserves the right to remove a participant from a course if the participant behaves disruptively, misuses course materials, records the session without permission, or acts in a way that affects the learning environment.
8. Course materials
Course materials are provided for learning purposes only.
Unless expressly permitted, participants must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, upload or share the course materials with others.
All intellectual property rights in the course materials remain with AsianPrime Capital or the relevant rights holder.
9. Recording and photography
Participants must not record, photograph, livestream or reproduce any part of a course without prior written permission from AsianPrime Capital.
AsianPrime Capital may take photographs, screenshots or recordings for attendance, administrative, quality assurance or marketing purposes where appropriate.
Participants who do not wish to appear in marketing materials should inform AsianPrime Capital before the course begins.
10. CPD and course completion
Where a course is intended to support CPD or professional learning requirements, participants are responsible for ensuring that the course is suitable for their own regulatory, professional or agency requirements.
Course completion, attendance recognition or issuance of any certificate may be subject to full attendance, completion of required activities, accurate registration details and compliance with course procedures.
11. Data protection
AsianPrime Capital collects, uses and discloses personal data for course administration, registration management, attendance verification, communication, payment processing, regulatory or compliance purposes and related training operations.
Please refer to our Data Protection Notice for more information on how personal data is handled.
