01About this notice

This Data Protection Notice explains how AsianPrime Capital Pte Ltd ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore ("PDPA"). It applies to personal data we hold about individuals who interact with us, including enquirers, course participants, clients and visitors to this website.

02Personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect personal data such as your name, company, role, email address, mobile number, the nature of your enquiry and any information you choose to provide in your message or during a consultancy or training engagement. For CPD course participants, we also collect your CEA registration number and your NRIC or FIN, which are required to verify your identity and to report your CPD attendance to the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).

03How we use personal data

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, to provide consultancy and training services, to administer course registration and attendance, to report CPD attendance to CEA through the CPD System (CPDS), to maintain our records, and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

04Consent

By submitting an enquiry or providing your personal data to us, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of that personal data for the purposes set out in this notice. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.

05Disclosure of personal data

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose personal data to service providers who support our operations, and to regulators or authorities where required or permitted by law. Where we engage third parties, we take reasonable steps to ensure they protect personal data appropriately.

06Protection and retention

We make reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. We retain personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.

07Access and correction

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you. We will respond to such requests in accordance with the PDPA.
