How many CPD training hours do I need each year?
Each CPD cycle runs from 1 January to 31 December. To renew registration, Real Estate Salespersons (RES), KEOs and practising directors complete a minimum of 16 training hours per cycle: 12 hours of Structured Learning (4 Prescribed Essentials and 8 Professional Competencies) and 4 hours of Self-directed Learning. New Real Estate Salespersons are exempt in their first CPD cycle.
Are your courses recognised for CPD?
AsianPrime Capital Pte Ltd is a CEA-licensed estate agent (Licence No. L3011010B) and a CPD Course Provider. Course recognition, CPD category and training hours are subject to the applicable CEA course approval and listing status. Please refer to the official CEA CPD Course Directory for recognised Structured Learning CPD courses.
How much do the courses cost?
Our CPD courses are S$100 per lesson. Each lesson is a focused, trainer-led session conducted live online.
How do I register and pay?
Open a course, click Register and complete the short form. Payment is made by PayNow, and the payment instructions are emailed to you after you register. Please use your full name as the payment reference. Your place is confirmed once payment is received.
Are classes online or in person?
All current courses are conducted online, live and trainer-led via Zoom. Self-paced eCPD e-learning through Real Estate Academy is coming soon.
Do I need to keep my camera on?
Yes. For online CPD classes, please keep your camera on for the full session, as this is required for your attendance to be recognised.
How is my attendance recorded and submitted to CEA?
We take attendance for each session and submit your Structured Learning attendance to CEA's CPD System (CPDS). Please register with the name and CEA registration number you use for your CPD records so your hours are credited correctly.
Will I receive a certificate?
Where a course provides a certificate, issuance is subject to full attendance, completion of any required activities, accurate registration details and compliance with course procedures.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please notify us as early as possible if you cannot attend a confirmed course. Cancellation, refund or replacement requests are reviewed based on the course type, notice period and any terms stated for the specific course. Where a course has limited seats or fixed administrative costs, refunds may not be available after confirmation.
Can I use SkillsFuture Credit or NTUC UTAP?
Not at this time. Our courses are not currently eligible for SkillsFuture Credit or NTUC UTAP funding. We will update this page if that changes.
Who conducts the training?
Training is conducted by AsianPrime Capital and led by Martin Koh, Co-Founder, Managing Director and Head of Training. Real Estate Academy is AsianPrime Capital's learning technology and e-learning platform.
Do you offer consultancy as well as CPD training?
