How to Check Your CPD Hours in CEA's CPDS
CEA's CPD System (CPDS) shows the hours you have completed and the hours still outstanding in your CPD cycle. Here is how to check them, and why a course you attended may not show yet.
Check your completed and outstanding hours
- Go to CEA's CPD System (CPDS) at eservices.cea.gov.sg/cpds.
- Choose Singpass and log in with the Singpass app or your Singpass ID. Salespersons use Singpass, not Corppass.
- If you have more than one role, choose your RES role.
- Your RES Dashboard shows your progress in the current CPD cycle and the status of your previous cycle.
- For details, open the menu (arrow next to the logo, top left) and go to CPD Requirement Monitoring. Click the cycle to see completed and outstanding hours.
Submit the course feedback
Structured Learning hours are only added to your CPD record after you submit the course feedback in CPDS.
- Open Feedback Management and go to Feedback History.
- Click +Add and enter the course's Session ID. Check that the course details are right.
- Rate the course and the trainer, add any comments, then click Submit.
Course not showing yet? We upload attendance within 3 working days of the class. Self-directed Learning (SDL) hours are recorded by your estate agency, not by the course provider.
