Refund Policy

01Fees are generally non-refundable

As a general rule, AsianPrime Capital does not provide refunds. All Course fees paid are non-refundable, except where AsianPrime Capital cancels the Course or where a refund is required under applicable Singapore law. Where a Participant is unable to attend, we may instead offer a one-time transfer as set out below.

02One complimentary transfer

A Participant who is unable to attend may request one transfer to another scheduled session of the same Course, provided that:

• the request is received at least 7 calendar days before the Course commencement date;
• seats are available; and
• the transfer is to a session held within 6 months of the original Course date.

Transfers are strictly for the same registered Participant and are not transferable to another individual.

03Late cancellations

Requests received less than 7 calendar days before the Course commencement date are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

04Non-attendance

Participants who fail to attend, arrive late beyond the permitted attendance threshold, leave early or fail to satisfy CEA attendance requirements are not entitled to a refund or transfer.

05Exceptional circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness, hospitalisation or bereavement, AsianPrime Capital may, at its sole discretion, approve a transfer to another available session. Supporting documentation may be requested.

06Cancellation by AsianPrime Capital

If AsianPrime Capital cancels a Course, Participants may choose either:

• a full refund; or
• a transfer to another available session.

We email each affected Participant a list of the sessions that are open, with a link to choose one. Participants are asked to choose within 3 days of our email. A Participant who does not reply within that period will be refunded by PayNow to the mobile number or UEN given at registration, or to another PayNow mobile number or UEN the Participant provides, within 7 working days after the reply period ends.

For the October Starter Pack, if AsianPrime Capital cancels one of the four sessions, the refund for that session is one quarter of the Starter Pack price paid (S$72 on the S$288 price), or the Participant may transfer to another session of that Course. The other sessions in the Starter Pack go ahead as planned.

07Unused transfers

Unused transfers shall lapse and are not refundable, exchangeable for cash or transferable to another person.
